Juniors:
Today we posted a reply to the blogs that we made yesterday. If you were not here, you have to post a reply to a blog in another class. Reply to their post predicting what will occur in the final chapter. Do you agree or disagree with them? Why or why not? Make sure to include your name so that I know who is posting.

Tomorrow you need to read chapter 8 and have two discussion questions.

Future homework assignments will also be posted on the whiteboard in class. If they’re not up, it means something has happened to the assignment and you are to ask me! A blank white board does NOT mean no homework!

Seniors:
In speech we continued our dramatic readings. Tomorrow is the last day to read. If you do not go tomorrow, you will have to see me either before or after school to get your reading in. We will be starting a larger project on Thursday that will take us up to Spring Break!

In English 4, our rough drafts for our literary analysis papers were due today. If you haven't turned it in, then the paper is late! You may use your pass card, but only for High School credit. If you're taking the class for college credit, it's 20% off. Please remember to submit one rough draft to me and another to a student in your class to proofread. Your classmate's comments will be more valuable than mine as they will be more in-depth. They only have one paper to read, I have thirty. The final drafts of your literary analysis paper is due on Monday.

Keep working on your research papers, too. You will have the rest of these two weeks before spring break to work on your research paper and literary analysis. You're almost there!!
